Located in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood, Pointe 1900 on State is Dynaprop’s largest and most ambitious condominium project to date. Pointe 1900 is a mixed‑use building featuring condominium units and ground floor retail space. The 6‑story residential portion consists of 131 condominium units with 123 underground garage parking spaces. The condominium development was constructed and sold in two phases.
