Library Lofts is a 9‑unit condominium in East Village on Chicago’s North Side. Once the home of a manufacturer of library furniture, this building was originally constructed in 1885 and features luxury lofts in a heavy timber building. It was developed and converted to condominium units by Dynaprop.
