    Neighborhood: Ravenswood

    One of Dynaprop's completed developments is a new construction 2‑unit condominium building on North Ashland Avenue in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago. Unit 1 is 2,541 square feet and Unit 2 is 2,836 square feet with both units boasting high-end finishes within an expansive floor plan. Construction was completed in February 2015, with both units closed in Summer 2015.

    Built circa 1913, this 6-unit condominium is located in the heart of Edgewater Glen on a tree-lined street. Dynaprop finished and completed the conversion of 3 of the units in late 2014/early 2015.

  • Pointe 1900 on State

    Located in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood, Pointe 1900 on State is Dynaprop’s largest and most ambitious condominium project to date.  Pointe 1900 is a mixed-use building featuring condominium units and ground floor retail space.   The 6‑story residential portion consists of 131 condominium units with 123 underground garage parking spaces. The condominium development was completed and sold in two phases in 2004 and 2007.

    Neighborhood: South Loop

    Designed to be a sister building to 1918 S Michigan Ave Lofts and located on the historic Motor Row, 1910 S Michigan Ave Lofts was constructed by Dynaprop in 2001.  Its classic industrial style of architecture blends well with the collection of nearby buildings.  It is a 20-unit condominium building with 17 indoor and 3 outdoor parking spaces.

  • 1918 S Michigan Ave Lofts

    Neighborhood: South Loop

    Originally built in the early 1900's as part of Chicago's burgeoning automobile sales industry, 1918 S Michigan Ave Lofts is a heavy timber loft condominium building located on historic Motor Row in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood.  Dynaprop redeveloped and converted the building into 32 condominium units in 2000.

  • Library Lofts

    Neighborhood: East Village

    Library Lofts is a 9‑unit condominium in East Village on Chicago's North Side.  Once the home of a manufacturer of library furniture, this building was originally constructed in 1885 and features luxury lofts in a heavy timber building.  It was developed and converted to condominium units by Dynaprop in 1998.

    Neighborhood: Sheridan Park

    Located in historic Sheridan Park on Chicago's North Side, this condominium features 18 units with 18 garage/parking spaces.  Dynaprop completed the Prairie-style building's renovation and conversion in 1998.

  • Evergreen Condominium

    Neighborhood: Old Town

    Evergreen Condominium is the restoration of an historic Victorian building originally built in 1895.  Located in Old Town, it features 12 condominium units and a new construction parking garage which were completed in 1996.

    Neighborhood: Edgewater/North Andersonville

    1416 W Hollywood Ave is a vintage 6-unit condominium building located in Edgewater, just north of eclectic Andersonville.  Dynaprop completed the building's renovation and conversion in 1994.

  • Clifton Row Condominium

    Three separate and contiguous buildings in vibrant East Lakeview comprise Clifton Row Condominium.  This vintage 26-unit condominium was developed by Dynaprop in 1994.

  • Wayne-Grace Condominium

    Neighborhood: Wrigleyville

    This 9-unit condominium lies several blocks west of Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs.  Dynaprop redeveloped and converted the building, originally built in the early 1900’s, to condominium units in 1992.

    Neighborhood: Sheffield Historic District of Lincoln Park

    Located in the historic Sheffield Historic District of Lincoln Park, 1120 W Armitage Ave consists of 8 condominium units.  The building was renovated in accordance with historic design guidelines as outlined by the U.S. Department of Interior in 1985.  Dynaprop converted the building to condominium units in 1990.

    Neighborhood: Lakeview

    Located in the vibrant East Lakeview neighborhood and near Lake Michigan, 643 W Briar Pl is a 3-unit apartment building.  Originally constructed in 1888, the building was renovated by Dynaprop in the 1980's.

  • 5803-05 N Ridge Ave

    Neighborhood: Edgewater

    Built in the early 1900's, this vintage 7-unit apartment building is located on the south end of Edgewater Glen.  It was redeveloped by Dynaprop in the 1980's.

  • 1610 W Fargo Ave

    Neighborhood: Rogers Park

    This vintage 14-unit apartment building resides on a tree-lined street in Rogers Park near Lake Michigan. It was redeveloped by Dynaprop in the 1980's.

  • 528 W Wellington Ave

    Neighborhood: East Lakeview

    Located on one of the finest blocks in the East Lakeview neighborhood, this 18-unit California-style apartment building was originally built in 1964.  Dynaprop redeveloped the property in the early 1990's.
